If I'm tasked with projecting out cashflows to obtain financing/using financials to project out yearly budgets for refinancings is that considered underwriting? I want to make sure I'm using the right language on my resume for my time working on the finance team at a major developer where I got to work on everything from Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Debt Asset Management, due to the small team structure.
