Updated Resume Review For Big 4 Event Today Please Help
Hi I have posted on this forum before. Today is a networking event at Baruch for the Big 4. I would like some harsh criticism on my resume. I know I should leave out Payless but that would leave my resume blank. I hope this isn't (leaving Payless in) a resume killer but if it is please let me know.
Also please give me tips on a 30 second pitch to the Big 4, should I mention any facts about a company or just stick to my information about myself?

Check for mistakes and consistency fiirst of all.. that was the first thing I noticed.
For ex: Payless doesn't have a gap between the line above it as the others do. It is also in all caps. You need a space between the & in the first job. I would condense the duties/responsibilities in the first job. Since there are so many items, it will likely get skimmed. Some job/leaderships have the company name on the same line as the location, some of them have the name on a line above the location. Is your accounting GPA higher than your overall GPA? Consider that as a way to show a better GPA.
As for talking points, please try to just have a natural conversation. Have some things in mind to talk about of course, but if you go up there and recite a speach about the current stock market, it will be pretty obvious. Ask them more about themselves and their experiences with the firm rather than talking too much about yourself.
Some things to ask are "how long have you been with XYZ" "Where did you go to school" "What clients have you worked on."
