US Resume to UK CV

Hey everyone, I am currently studying in the US but am creating a UK CV for job applications and had a few quick question about how to create the CV. Should I translate my GPA into something more familiar in the UK by listing it and putting the equivalent class (first, upper second, so on) in brackets next to it or should I just leave the GPA as is and allow HR to figure it out. Also, I study at a non-HYP ivy and was wondering if I should put (Ivy League) next to the name of my college; seems really pompous and cringe I know but it may help give some context if the reader is not familiar with the name. Thanks!
