What "deal value" number should you put on the resume?

So let's say you worked on the sale of an airline to a private equity firm. Let's assume the following figures for simplicity:

- Acquired stake: 30%

- Enterprise Value: $5 billion

- Net Debt: $2 billion

- Equity Value (100% basis): $3 billion

- Purchase Price: $900 million

When you write "Worked on a $XX sale of an airline to a private equity firm", the XX should be 5 billion, 3 billion, or 900 million?
