What does a recruiter look for in a sprin internship CV?
Hi,
Essentially, what are the best things to have on my CV that will give me the best chance to receive a spring internship program, mostly looking at the BB banks and elite boutiques like Lazard.
My work experience is coincidentally split in half with experience as a forex trader(funded and paid out) as well as being a junior developer which did involve programming finance functions.
