What to put down on Resume

Hey all!

Entering my second semester as a freshman , I've been applying to a variety of different programs/internships in hopes to land something for my summer. Though it may be minor, I have been a bit stumpted between choosing to list one of two activites on my resume, particularly as a freshman with not much work experince:

1) In high school I co-founded an orginzation that focused on the environment/nutition; through this, I was the designated Data and Financial orginzaer who worked on budget plans and informational presentations on out project and my team members were able to raise around $6000 through coordinating various fundraisers, and sell over around self-made 150 cookbooks (regarding nutitional eating) and grant selling give presentations throughout the local area for 2 years.

2.) Currently serve as a weekly volunteer tour guide for my university for about 1-1.5 hours (groups vary from 40-60 people)

Background Info: I attend a H/Y/P/W and I am intrested in applying to jobs related to finance, and/or bussinesss analytics.

Again, I am new to apply to internships and tailors my activites to these specific industires, so any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I feel that I would not have enough space to list other activities/involvement that I feel would be more substantial to my resume (ie involvement in student gov, a job as a sales representative, and other commitments)
