When to add Summer 2022 Internship to Resume as a Sophomore

I am in the class of '24 (upper non target) 3.75 GPA with an F50 Corporate Finance internship this summer. SA '23 apps are open already, but without this internship on my resume, I am a much weaker candidate. When can I add this to my resume? before the end of the summer? I start the internship next week. I would like to be competitive for IB and ER internships next summer.

I have a list of my projects for the summer, is it ok to put what I expect to do on my resume?

I feel like I am missing out on a lot of opportunities by waiting to apply...

Bruh. IB recruiting is like 3/4s done. All the top BBs and EBs have wrapped.

Sophomore internships don’t matter when recruiting happens before it. Not sure what you’re doing trying to wait

Damn, I'm graduating a year early so all of this came at me in my first year. should have paid more attention.

guess ill try and late recruit or shoot for smaller firms. Hoping ER or Consulting is still recruiting

graduating a year early is a mistake

unless you are doing it for a financial reason, try to stay for all four years. I don't think I know a single freshman that would be polished enough to recruit their second semester at college.
