When to stop - Not putting an interest section on the resume
When do you guys suggest not putting a interest section on resume? After 1st year of corporate experience? 2nd?
Thanks for the input.

I still have one and am getting towards 10 years out of u-grad. It gives the interviewer an opportunity to learn a bit more about you than just your work experience. It will ideally lead to some common points of interest between you and an interviewer.
You should map your interests to the interviewer
or if the info is unavailable, choose some of many pre-approved Ivy League hobbies.
Things like Lacrosse and Badminton come to mind. Potentially Equestrianism. Perhaps Cricket and don't forget Sailing or Crew.
Thx
We just interviewed some guys for a job requiring 5-10+ years of experience. They all had interests listed, not this it really mattered but it won't hurt.
Good points-- I was thinking the same and I actually don't have it on my resume. Will have to restructure my resume to include some. Thanks for the input.
