Your resume looks OK, I would start by getting rid of the investing related information in your interests. Why accounting over bba in finance?
You need something beyond just finance experience, like campus involvement - you look pretty 1-dimensional to me....
Do you have any leadership positions you can put on there? As the others mentioned it would help to have more non-finance related activities to round you out a bit.
