Will employers care about my low community college GPA?

Hi, I've got an issue here. I went to a community college and graduated with an associates degree, my GPA was ~3.2. Then I transferred to a non-target school and now my GPA is almost 3.8. I have 3 more semesters to go before I graduate (fall 2017, spring 2018, fall 2018). As I understand I have to put both schools and both GPAs on my resume, so how screwed am I overall? I've also had no internships, only ~5 months gig at a fast food place. Will I have a chance to get a summer analyst position at a boutique if I get some volunteering experience? HALP!
