Work experience in subsidiary

Working in a mid-sized US Corp Dev for 2 years now. The last year has been busy with getting staffed on ad hoc projects for an inhouse SaaS company we have. Completely different service and branding from the parent for all intents and purposes. My title at the parent is Corporate Development - M&A Associate. I would label my role in the subsidiary as Financial Analyst / Associate since most are ad hoc FP&A, Payroll type of work. But I do oversee the P&L of the subsidiary, like a quasi CFO which is great experience to have. It is also in a better industry for exit opps (SaaS vs. Niche industry of the parent. Think Industrials...) Keep it under the same work experience or put it as 2 separates?
