Would I still have cachet with just a BB SA on my resume?

So I have been planning on recruiting for IBD BB EB SA '23 in the coming months for junior summer. However, I'm looking to pivot FT to something completely unrelated (think PM in tech).

Assuming I keep in touch with my network at the bank and friends in banking, would it be possible to return/lateral/recruit back to the bank after 2 years in tech as an analyst?

Looking to know whether the BB SA will have any weight. I don't want to have to go to business school to recruit at a bank.
