Would like to recieve some feedback from my first CV
Aside from any honest observations about the actual content of the CV, would you recommend adding my Latin American nationality for "diversity reasons"? (you know what I mean)

Wouldn't your name give it away?
Also although there may be an incentive to have diversity hires, I don't think you'll get a job solely for being a minority. I'd worry more about having a good resume highlighting your strength and prepping properly for the interview process. Just my .02
I of course know that "diversity" won't give you the job by any means, is just that banks value that considerably these days, so I suppose that would be helpful. My name is actually Spanish, like Latin American names, but as I'm studying in Spain, they probably would think I'm European and not Latin.
I wouldn't worry about that nor would I forcedly add it to my resume.
If you really wanna sell the diversity card you can maybe it drop it as part of your story but not in a resume.
Thanks!
