Did you see a change in reply rates when applying places after?

Has anyone used WSO Resume Review Service? I'm curious what you guys thought of the service and quality of review and whether or not you would recommend it to a friend.
Thanks.

Definitely go for it, you'll get your money's worth; I did use this service once before. I'm not affiliated with them but they will gear your CV up as much as it's possible (based on your background).

Sure ... I did it twice over the span of 2 years. Both times got me the jobs that I wanted. But it took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to get there. That is, a resume will make you stand out - but you still nedd to go after the job.

Service: you submit your resume, the reviewer asks you some detailed questions, they send over a draft and then you usually make some minor tweaks ..... then BOOM .... finished product. Highly recommended. Plan to do it again in 6 months.

I tried it and it was a wast of money. Instead of getting feedback and suggestions which I repeatedly asked for, the writer kept asking me what I thought should be added and what feedback I'd gotten from other people. They don't offer anything - suggestions, feedback, ways to tailor your resume, none of it. She just took what I had already written and my suggestions and changed some of my wording. I found it much more helpful to set up informational interviews and get feedback from people working in finance for free.
