WashU
..
From what I’ve heard, everyone from WashU who tries for IB breaks in. There are like 150 kids in the bschool and most go for consulting, but there are a bunch of WashU kids in IB in Chicago and NYC. USC’s a great school with solid placement, but it just doesn’t have the prestige or alumni network to compete with WashU (outside of LA). I also have a hunch that USC’s placements are inflated by the number of kids who are already rich and well connected.
If you’re a good student neither will hold you back. Go with where you feel like you mesh better. Personally think USC would be a better overall experience
