31 year old in a Shareholder Advisory role considering Rotman MBA for Banking

I am currently in a front office role working with companies in an advisory role, providing shareholder, investor, and stock intelligence to C-Suite. I am wondering if it would be worth doing a Rotman MBA to target an IB role. From what I have seen, Associate positions for MBA's are very few in Canada, but regardless, would this give me a fair shot whether it's an Analyst or Associate position? US MBA seems very out of the question for me.
