Addressing COVID-related warning in MBA application

Long, story short my Uni investigated me for a COVID related issue and gave me the lowest level punishment possible. Essentially it's just a warning. But, it's technically a disciplinary action. Doesn't show up on my transcript. Didn't have to do anything for it. Just a slap on the wrist. What happened was I took responsibility for an outdoor gathering that I didn't create, it was near where I live. I was acting COVID responsibly and invited over friends that were acting COVID responsibly but random people showed up which defied the lockdown rules. I didn't know these people and thought they were with my neighbors so I didn't address them. Officers showed up and after everyone ran away and didn't take responsibility for their actions, I talked to the officers and now I'm getting all the blame. I feel like I'm kind of getting screwed here because if I would've fled the scene, I wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

An MBA would only make sense for me if I got into an M7. I just don't think the ROI is worth it for me personally to get an MBA outside of the M7 with the experiences and credentials I have now.

My question is, do you think this will negatively affect my application to these programs? I'll have to answer "Yes" to the question regarding disciplinary action at previous academic institutions. My story of speaking with the officers is good in the sense that it shows accountability and character but I'm still worried this is an easy reason to scratch me given I'm already a white male. Anyone have an idea of how this might affect my chances?
