Admitted at IE MIF with deadline but pending interview from HEC & LBS!

Hi peeps!

So i'm in a tricky situation: I've just been admitted at IE for their MIF and for their dual degree MIM+MIF. I have to give them an answer by May 20th. It's tricky because I also applied to HEC & LBS and their interview decision is pending. Here's my profile: - Graduated with Honours from a B-School (Top 10%) - 6 months internship in real estate finance at a global top consulting firm; 1-year internship at a global wealth management firm - GMAT: 650 - Career goal: Top IB firm in Europe, then switch to a PE house

Any clue on what I should do? Also, does the higher recognition of HEC & LBS really make a difference when it comes to securing a job at a top IB upon graduation? Any input from you guys is appreciated!

Last but not least to be noted: at the end of my interview with IE they mentioned the possibility to an exchange semester for elective courses with LBS (apparently this is brand new and not marketed yet?)

Yes it does. While I did not come across a single IE grad at my previous BB internship in London, there were a handful of both HEC and LBS grads.

hmmm. I've been going around linkedin and there's actually quite a bunch of IE MIF's graduates at BB banks in London. Now probably the percentage is higher at LBS or HEC, the point is well noted! Thanks for your input

I know, GMAT is the big red flag here. But you know, never put limits to yourself until others put them on you... so I'll let HEC/LBS decide on the overall application.

Anyway! I've been able to delay the enrollment deadline with IE so pending answers from HEC/LBS now

Hey everyone!

Update of the situation: Got an admit from HEC Paris as well (MSc International Finance), going there

Thanks for your imput and your help!
