Advice for Future?

How bad of a non-target school is Fresno State? Fresno is a valley city on the west coast. I am a freshman (ik I still have lots of time) but I am very interested in pursuing IB and want to get as much advice and a head start as I can. I am majoring in finance and I haven’t decided on a minor yet (could possibly be math to be competitive but might also just chose a subject I really enjoy like history or English). Using my quarantine time to also learn Python as well as Spanish (not related to finance or IB but just an extracurricular that I have been wanting to do). Generally, I would appreciate advice along the lines of what I could do to strengthen my chances at being competitive for internships as well as an actually analyst position afterwards. This is my first post on here so any honest advice and experience would help!
