Advice IIT vs RIT

Hi,

I am an international student and have got admits to Rochester Institute of Technology with a 20% scholarship and the program is for 1 year as well was IIT with no scholarship and a 2 year program. Will it be beneficial to attend Illinois Institute of Technology considering the fact that it is in the city and I will be able to network as well as do internships at the same time.

Any advice or thoughts will be much appreciated.
