Am I screwed for studying undergrad at a foreign branch campus?

I am an international student hoping to break into finance/consulting. Last year I got accepted to some solid semi-target universities in the US. In the end, I chose to study at the branch campus of one of them (think NYU Abu Dhabi, SFS Qatar, Duke Kunshan) because of the full scholarship the branch offered compared to full pay in the main campus (especially considering the covid situation). I would get the exact same degree, and alumni from the branch campus did manage to break into local offices of MBB. I don't mind working there after graduation, but does attending a branch campus reduce my chance of getting into an elite business school or econ grad program in the US in the future? Is there stigma with going to university abroad in grad school admission?

Did I make the wrong choice here?

If it is the same program under the same umbrella brand... do you *have* to mention the location of the campus? you are not asking for OPT/CPT, I am assuming, so it should be fine. Is there a form, online question where the location will be requested? Is the location on the certificate/diploma?
I knew a friend who went to UC-Irvine and he made it sound like LA. not that it would make such a huge difference anyway.

either way, you need to fulfill the admission requirements and also the visa requirements.

No, I won't request OPT. There are no mention of the campus location in the transcripts or the diploma. But if I request letter of recommendation from the professors, they will mention about the branch campus (at least in the letterhead). I don't think I should list on my resume that I went to the main campus though since most of my internship will be overseas rather than in the US.
