American Century Investments Early Insights Program Thoughts?

Hello all,

For people on the/interested in the Investment Management Track and are going to an MBA program, has anyone been invited to the American Century Investments Early Insights Program or have done it before? 

Or conversely has anyone heard much about the firm itself? I heard WLB is great, most people are lifers, but would love to hear some more insight
