Another option than MBA

I work for a boutique investment banking firm. We have been very successful the last few years and I have made a lot of money. I have been put in charge of managing all our capital. I don't have time to do a masters or CFA.

My question is what other options do I have to learn how to manage capital? I have looked into executive education and euromoney training and they both look good but am I missing something better? Money or location is not a problem.

Thank you in advanced for your help.

CFA, Executive MBA or other executive programs like you mentioned.

But at the level you are at, do you really need it? Especially in light that it seems you are planning on staying put?
