Any grads from Cornell or Columbia MS Real Estate???

Hi All, I'm applying for admission to Cornell's MS in Real Estate and Columbia's MS in RE Development programs and was wondering if there were any grads from those programs on this forum.

Just curious to find out what they thought of the programs and any advice. Looking for the inside scoop.

Also, wondering how my chances look. I have 10 years finance experience, an MBA from a second tier school, and a 660 GMAT, but no RE experience.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
