Serious question: for top 10 schools - what is the range of gmat scores for the bottom 25% of students

Most schools provide the middle 80% of scores, not the full 100% range so I don't have info. In the top 10, the lower end of that middle 80% range is usually between 680 to 700.
Hi, I've seen a lot of gmat prep companies offering full refunds if you have "x" number of tutoring sessions with them and don't get at least 700.
Do admission consultants also offer refunds or discounts for the next application if the candidate doesn't get in?
Good question, I could not imagine paying $5k and not be accepted to the school. I would be so pissed if that was the case.
