Dcrowoar, Enjoy! I know you will gain a lot of insight on Wharton.
Would be great if you could tell me how strong my profile for top business schools(Harvard, Standford, Booth, Wharton)
1) I have 2.5 years of work experience in Amex (operational role) and research analyst in McKinsey & Co. Apart from my experience, I did a startup in India and it did not work well eventually.
I am expecting call from Morgan Stanley for Financial Advisory role
2) I got 600 in GMAT but I feel I can do better.
3) College info: Currently I am doing MSF from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. I am teaching assistant to undergraduate students. GPA - 3.9/4.0. Before that, I did my undergrad at Delhi university - Bhagat Singh college, Cleared with 1st division
4) I am passionate about dancing and done a lot of stage shows.
5) Cleared CFA level 3. Pursuing CAIA and FRM
6) Your post-MBA goal - to get into Private equity or start my own business.
My concern is that I am currently 26 years old and I don't want my age to be a negative factor if I apply for MBA in future.
a 600? you realize 80% of the class scores between 700-780 at these schools?
