Curious how other analysts handle giving comments and delegating to first-year MBA associates. Feels like an awkward dynamic since they're technically above you, but the VP's generally recognizes that the second-year analyst knows more than a new MBA associate.
Also curious when this dynamic typically shifts. At what point does the MBA associate actually start functioning as the associate on staffings with a strong second-year analyst, rather than the analyst effectively driving the work and reviewing their output?
