There are apprenticeships that are technically under 'investment banking' (offered by GS/MS, etc.), however it's for middle to back office roles across a range of divisions, including S&T and Tech. So yes, after you complete the apprenticeship-degree, you will be an analyst, but like I said, bear in mind the role it will be. The question is, can you lateral to a more competitive role post-completion? Because if that's possible, that's a good gig: degree paid for (no loans), work experience and now a cushy job. We'll see I guess
