are target schools in UK still useful to build careers in other countries?

i'm a high school student in korea, and i wanted to start financial careers in Europe, Americas, or many other different places over the world.

The thing that worries me is the new UK government changed the visa requirement for foreign students, and i'm not sure whether degrees from uk target unis can be useful for other countries.

Also, in UK, i heard that there's a tendency of putting uni names over the degree. is it happening only in UK or everywhere?
