ASU vs University of Arizona vs University of Utah

I currently live in Utah going to Utah valley University and I am looking to transfer to one of these three schools. I am looking for the best IB opportunities. I know that these are not the greatest schools do go into the field but I don't have many options as I slacked off in high school and my middle class family cannot help pay to go to a bigger school. I know that I can work my way up to near the top of any school I go to but I would just like to know the best school to go to within these three schools.
