Baruch MSF vs Georgetown MS Global Real Assets

I’ve recently received offer for both of these programs and I am having a hard time making a decision.

I am coming as an international student, so the fact that Baruch has a stem certification, which Georgetown does not, is something to consider for me as well.

I am looking for IB and PE(later on most likely) in NYC.

Any recommendations from people in the industry?
