Berkeley L&S Economics vs UCLA Economics vs Haas?

I've been accepted to UCLA Economics and UC Berkeley Political Economy (L&S), but I'm probably going to switch major to regular Econ. Didn't apply for Haas as I felt like L&S economics suited my overall interests better.

In terms of educational quality, and for a potential finance/i-banking career, which of these opportunities would be the best? (UCLA vs UCB (L&S) vs Haas). Would it really be that beneficial for me to try transfer into Haas?

Haas > UCB (L&S) > UCLA. If you're a transfer student, you can't transfer into Haas if you've already been accepted into Econ.
