Best Real Estate Masters / MBA for entrepreneurship

Hi!

Currently a Year 1 Associate at a major brokerage/REIB shop. I am looking for a graduate degree where I can meet people who want to start their own business within real estate, i.e. development, principal investments and management, JVs, etc. Any schools that come to mind? Any experience or people that you have met that gave you info on this?

I am leaning more towards a good Masters in RE program like USC, MIT, etc. since its only 1 / 1.5 years, but the class size is limited and an MBA provides more time to plan and create, more people to get to know, and it's just shinier. Also, the schools that offer MBAs only are probably better - Wharton, Columbia, NYU, UC Berkeley, etc. Not looking to create the next BX but want to work for my own equity, make it grow and ultimately live life on my terms.

Thanks!
