Best Undergrad to Top Bschool timeline

I have been in banking for about ~10 months now (I started IB in Jun of 2021). I now realize I want to go to a top bschool. In a perfect world, what would be the best timeline(take GMAT, visit campus, actually apply, interview, etc)? What year should I apply? I work at a smaller shop, so I know I need at least 4 years of work experience to boost my application. Does that mean I will apply in August of 2025 and start in 2026? Sorry I am not familiar with how early you apply vs get in. Is it a year in advance or what should I expect?   I would really appreciate any insight here.
