Bocconi UG opportunities in US

Hey all, I've recently been admitted to the BIEF program at Bocconi for the upcoming fall. As a dual (US/EU) citizen, I was wondering how the opportunities are for internships in the US given my background? I know Bocconi students typically gun for UK internships, but would a US passport potentially allow me to compete for some summer positions in the US? (GIVEN I do well in school, join the clubs yada yada yada) As for other schools, I struck out for T20s and I'm a bit hesitant to try for a transfer to a target because of tuition and the fact that I'm not sure I wanna live in the states long-term. Would I be better off just applying for US masters and entering that way?

all feedback is appreciated

As a US citizen myself working in Europe, what you're describing is borderline impossible. Very difficult to compete with domestic candidates as a nobody from a European university. Your best bet is to work at a US bank in London and get an internal transfer. That's my plan, anyway. Masters aren't all that popular in the US and don't place particularly well besides MIT/Princeton. An MBA would absolutely work, though.

To infinity... and beyond!
