Bored....what to do now that I'm in?

I've spent the last year filling my free time with GMAT studies, school research, essay writing, and reading through b-school forums. I got into school so all of this is over, plus my group at work is in a significant transition period so I have a crazy amount of 'free' time at work and at home.

So far I've joined a gym and planned a month long trip before school....what else should I do for 6 months?

A. Network? : Is it worthwhile to reach out to people in the post-MBA industry i'm interested in? I don't have much to offer them, it would be basic questions about their industry & responsibilities. If I haven't even started at school is it a little aggressive to be emailing alumni and asking for 30 minutes?

I started with A. to make a list but can't even come up with anything, who's got ideas?

Develop personal interests. It'll make network building a lot easier once you're in school if you can have something to bond over.
