Breaking Into IB as an International student

Hello guys. I really need to be clear about my future. A little bit about me, im currently in my second year of Bsc Banking and Finance. And its going good. My degree is a distance learning one endorsed by LSE. Its an international program. I live in pakistan. Now the bad part about me is that i got a bad A level result with a CCD. My university is going good so hopes are higher then the empire state building. After completing my undergrad with an aim of first class honours or 2:1 Wish me luck

Ill apply for my masters abroad. (probably UK) in LSE UCL Warwick and one semi target University

Getting on why im writing this post is coz i need help deciding my future before hand. I want to if theres a chance for an international like me to secure a good job placement abroad in IB after graduating? (ill work hard day and night to make up the profile ill need}

What are the chances of getting tier 2 work visa in UK?

Can somone just outline the key stuff i need to have in my profile for securing a job in IB in london coming from pakistan?

And if i get a good gmat score will it set off the bad grades in A levels?

Thank you for reading my post.
