BSchool Profile Evaluation

Wondering if anyone could rate my profile:

Demo - Part Hispanic Part White male

GMAT - 760 (51Q/41V)

GPA - Undergrad 3.5 in Finance from decent state school, msf 3.8

EC - 250+ hours volunteering at a local charity I'm interested in

WE - 1-year IB, 2 Years RE Analyst, 2 Years RE Associate at matriculation (disregard username)

Recs - Dean of Master's Program, Analyst Boss

Matriculation - 2024

Schools I want to attend - HBS, Wharton, CBS (J-term or August), Northwestern

Schools I would attend - Yale, Dartmouth, Booth, MIT, Duke

Schools I'd consider - NYU, Cornell

Post MBA Goal - Real Estate Development in NYC, Chicago, S. Florida

Back up plan - work for family real estate business

Am I a safe bet for CBS J-term? I don't think I need an internship given pre mba experience but am worried about assimilation given the late start

My 2 cents given I concentrated in Real Estate in an MBA program and saw who I interviewed against as far as other schools. Schools you want to attend - spot on from a CRE perspective. Not a surprise there.

I would actually bump NYU & Cornell over Duke, Yale and Dartmouth from a pure Real Estate recruitment perspective. I interviewed with the big groups that have a presence in the areas you want to be and did not come across another Duke, Yale or Dartmouth candidate. Again, this is a pure real estate perspective and not a knock on those because those are quality schools. I just feel you would personally benefit a lot more from the NYU and Cornell alumni base given there is a bigger portion of commercial real estate folks who graduate.
