CAIA Information: Sales Professional

Hey guys I’m thinking of preparing for the CAIA next month. I have about 5 years experience marketing alternatives such as managed futures funds, private placements, PE vehicles, late stage pre ipos, special situations funds, hedged steadies, quant/ predictive funds and various other hedge funds and 1940 act mutual alts.

I’ve been reviewing the material and it appears that I have experience with products and understanding their logistics for part 1. I have no doubt I can study the outlined topics and pass.

However I’m concerned about part 2 because of my self admitted sub par math skills, specifically calculus.

I’m not asking if its worth it or not (maybe it is maybe it’s isn’t…at least at this current time) but for those of you who have sat for it just how much more extra time would I need on top of the materials themselves to prepare for the part 2 math. Also is there any specific guide or refresher for the math on there I can purchase or find to streamline my studying?

Thanks!
