Carlson school of management Undergrad

Hello all,

I am a current undergraduate transfer student who is looking at transferring to either the Wisconsin School of Business at Madison or the Carlson school of Management at the University of Minnesota, majoring in finance.

Thus far I have been admitted to Carlson, and my admission to Wisconsin is pending.
I want to work in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis, St.Paul), specifically in consulting, out of school. However, I would be interested in moving somewhere like New York or San Francisco later in my career. Would I be able to get a job outside of Minnesota with a degree from Carlson? Should I go to Carlson to work in Minnesota or just go to Madison, the higher-ranked school?
Carlson has always been my dream school, but it seems to be marginally less prestigious and well known in comparison to Wisconsin. Should I wait on Wisconsin or commit to Carlson?

Thank you!
