Certifications for Resume

Are there any professional certifications that might be worth my time? Examples include PMP, CFA, CMA, and CAIA. Specifically, would any certs make for a more enticing application to MBA programs (or, to a lesser extent, resume for future employers)? I'm currently in the military on an assignment with a good bit of free time, so I would even consider a cert simply for interesting content. From a cursory glance, the CAIA or CFA seem the most applicable to my interests.
