Chance of transferring to a target

This is going to be really stupid but I go to a super non target right now and I’m majoring in finance. I just finished my freshman year with a 3.7 gpa, I do a lot of volunteer work outside of school. However I didn’t try at all in high-school so my gpa was a 2.8 and I didn’t even take the SAT. What are my chances of getting into a target school?
