Chances at MBA Programs/ Suggestions Welcomed

I am a 25 year old White Male.

I plan on applying in 1-2 years.

I am a Senior Associate (1 promotion) at a Big 4 firm in NYC. I have 3 years experience in the Real Estate Tax Division.

CPA License (Passed all 4 on 1st try. Only ~10% of candidates do this)

Undergrad at top 20 Business School (Boston College/Villanova/ Lehigh/ Richmond)

Accounting Major and International Business Minor

GPA:3.16. Mainly due to low freshman year GPA. Had 3.3 post- freshman year. I also completed 150 credits in 4 years.

GMAT:710

Extracurricular activities include treasurer of my fraternity and recognition for achievement as well as placing in multiple case study competitions in school.

I've spent the last 2 years as a part-time Accounting Tutor for undergrads and CPA candidates.

GOAL of MBA (Move into commercial real estate investing/valuations role) Very interested in the front-office side of the industry.

School List: Just for the heck of it: Wharton Reach: Yale Columbia ED Target: NYU Cornell Georgetown Saftey: Fordham

Any feedback and advice would be appreciated. I'm also looking to add other schools to target.
