Chances of transferring to target school from California CC?

If you guys could review my stats and suggest any target or semi target schools I could transfer to it would be appreciated. Im a Hispanic California CC student with a 3.9 gpa and am active in 3 clubs. I have asked and can get get letters of rec from most of my professors, but I have no finance related work experience(I work for Postmates but am looking at an accounting internship through my cc). I was looking at a few instate schools like Berkeley and USC/UCLA but I really want to get into an ivy, any suggestions? I took the ACT and SAT recently but am awaiting scores(expecting 30+ and 1300+).
