Changing from the buy-side to the sell-side

I have seen various other threads broach this topic and it got me thinking what others views are on this career switch. My short bio: 4 years as an equity analyst at a boutique long/short fund and currently at business school in London. I am contemplating an opportunity on the sell-side at a BB. My thoughts on the pros are: more in-depth sector knowledge (prior generalist), continuity of coverage, debating stocks with a variety of investors/funds. The cons: not an investing role (biggie), littered with compliance bureaucracy.

Any thoughts from switchers would be greatly appreciated.
