Choosing an Undergraduate College

I'm a HS senior choosing colleges. I am choosing between going to University of Louisiana( with free tuition and housing) to major in petroleum engineering, and majoring in Finance at Baruch (Macaulay Honors), and possibly transfering to NYU or Fordham after 1 year.
I am also finalist for the Smart Start program at JP Morgan Chase where you intern for 4 years and they pay for college. They told me that program graduates would have easy access to any entry level 2-3 year analyst job at JP Morgan after graduation. They interviewed 40 finalists for 10 spots, and I find out if I win on April.15.
If I get the internship at Chase, would going there be a better career path than being a petroleum engineer? Petroleum engineers extract oil and natural gas.

If you work hard and start ASAP, in terms of resume building and networking, you can make it from Baruch. JPM and GS had FO postings on Baruch's career service center website this year. Plus, there is a program designed for juniors called the Financial Leadership Program, where students gain special recruiting access outside of the school's OCR
