Choosing Supervisor Recommendations for GSB

I am a college senior planning to apply to Stanford deferred admission during round 3, and just had a quick question on supervisor recommendations. I previously applied to HBS 2+2 summer round (not admitted) and have two strong recommendations - one from my sophomore internship supervisor and the other from one of my professors that I now TA for. Would it be frowned upon / unwise if I used these recommendations again for Stanford, instead of replacing one of them with a recommendation from my junior year internship supervisor? Thanks

You should reach out to them first before writing their names down. This will allow for more transparency in the process.
