Choosing which University

I’m based in the Uk (have a British passport) and I also have an Australian one, I have an offer to study at USYD (probably the most ‘targeted’ uni in Australia though targets aren’t really a thing in Australia from what I know) and I also have an offer to study at Bath uni in the uk, a semi-target. At both I’d major in maths. I’d like to study in Australia however I’d also like to break into investment banking in the Uk/mainland Europe. I’d make sure to use USYD’s exchange program, going to either Bocconi, EPFL, or ETHZ, and then make use of that year to find an internship in the Uk/mainland Europe.

What are people’s opinions on what uni is more likely to help me break into IB/consulting.
