Class of ‘26 MBA Hiring

Hey everyone! I’ll be starting my MBA this fall and looking to get a ‘25 internship in IB and a FT return offer. Had cancer in undergrad which really screwed my ability to recruit for IB, so this is my only real shot at having another go. I’m very excited about the school I got into, but nervous about the economy and hiring. Any indication here of what that may look like? Are firms going to be hiring based on where they feel things will be in a year or two?

Thanks!
