Colby College Placements?

Hello everyone,

I can't find any Colby College investment banking placements, and I am a highschool senior that is hoping to target EBs and BBs. Is Colby College that strong/does it have good connections on the street?

Thanks

From your other thread, you’ll probably have an easier time recruiting at IU and maybe UGA assuming you can get into the workshop/Corsair. All three are fine but you’ll definitely have more guidance and structure at the other two.

Would encourage you to consider other things like student life, location, cost, etc.

Doable but not easy. Would not choose IU or UGA over Colby though. The NESCAC alumni network is very strong and having access to it via Colby will get you an offer.

Prob 5-10 ppl from Colby go to BB/EB every year, with another 5-10 going to MM/buy side/other finance roles. Not that many people but it’s doable. Main banks that recruit there are GS/BoA. Alumni network is very receptive and willing to help. Would probably put it as a fringe non target/semi target. I’d put more thought into the actual experience, very different life style at a NESCAC vs a public school
